1. Using MindStages
MindStages is a learning service that helps people create, explore, and share learning experiences. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MindStages on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and the content you upload, create, or publish. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in MindStages. Do not upload unlawful content, personal information about others without authorization, or content that infringes another person's rights.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant MindStages the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you and the audience you choose.
3. AI features
MindStages uses third-party AI services to provide generation, chat, media, transcription, and related features. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, sharing, teaching from, or acting on it. MindStages is not a substitute for professional, educational, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
4. MindStages Pro subscription
MindStages offers one self-serve subscription plan: MindStages Pro, CAD $19.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time through the billing controls we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice for a future billing period.
5. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise access is available by separate arrangement. If you enter into a written agreement with MindStages for Enterprise services, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices. You authorize Stripe and MindStages to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes. We do not store your full payment-card information.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse MindStages, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass usage limits or security controls, use the service to develop or train competing models without our permission, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive activity. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect people, content, or the service.
8. Availability and changes
We are continually developing MindStages and may change, add, or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscriptions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MindStages is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, MindStages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
